Physical development involves being whole in our mind and body. There are areas in our life that we need to develop so that we can be whole. On the other hand there are “things” that we need to eliminate like procrastination, negative self-talk, laziness, murmuring and complaining, and illiteracy (does not involve going to a formal/traditional school, but life-long learning). When we reflect on our daily activities we notice some tendencies that contributes towards the attainment of our goals. If the goals were not achieved, deep and sincere reflection will help us pin point the deficit.
