• What is your plan of action?

    Do you feel stagnant; do you feel like your job is not satisfying? Do you dread Monday? By the way research shows Slide1that most deaths occur on Monday morning.

    “According to researchers, an “outpouring” of stress hormones, such as cortisol and adrenaline, occurs within working people on Mondays. These findings were substantiated in a study of 683 patients, predominantly middle-aged men with implanted defibrillators and a history of life-threatening ventricular arrhythmias.” Dr. Stephen Sinatra, 2015.

     

    Why don’t you have joy with a job that occupies 1/3 or more of your day? Why are you angry and you don’t even know why and with Do you need to rekindle the frame after a long period of burn out in your marriage (family), and job?

    Would you like to discover where your REAL (relevant, enthusiastic, authentic and loving) self can be realized? Are you in the 98% crowd that have accepted mediocrity or you are in the 2% group of those who have declared that there’s something better, something more, something exciting and worth living for.

    If your answer is yes, then you need 3D empowerment. You need to be whole. If 1/3 of you is missing or failing then you will feel incomplete. You don’t have to settle for 1/3 or 2/3s you need the whole because it ALL belong to you, it is your right. Where do you begin?

    Search for spiritual, physical and financial enlightenment and guidance by reading books and articles, listening to, and being mentored by those who have made it.  

    To get where you want to be, you need a plan of action.  You cannot just continue with your normal routine and schedule and expect a change.  For a tree to grow tall and healthy it needs pruning.  For you to step out and step up you have to forsake some of your ways.  A band of least resistance do not build stronger muscles; get another band and let the exercise begin.

     

    Create a plan of action; this is not complicated; it is a plan of how you are going to conduct yourself daily in order to attain your goal.  You can research plan of action created by great men and women in your industry. 

     Ben Franklin’s plan of conduct encompassed spiritual, physical and financial dimension of his life, he lived by it and succeeded through it.
